Colin a Founder Council Member of IMCSE served in British Army operational EOD and Search Units, as an EOD School instructor, as the UK Ministry of Defence EOD analyst and led the first British Team to train Afghan deminers. As the founder and co-director of Fenix Insight Colin is actively engaged in addressing global munition clearance challenges and is currently involved in the technical analysis of Ukraine theatre weapons systems having also initiated the production and distribution to Ukrainian Security Forces and civilians of munition identification playing cards.
