Hasan has been engaged in Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) since 2007. His experience includes operational, administrative, instructional and quality management roles in Libya, Lebanon and Kosovo. Currently engaged as Quality Manager and HMA Instructor with Praedium Consulting Malta (PCM) Mine Action and Training (MAT) in Kosovo, Hasan is, uniquely in the global IMAS training industry, a certified HMA/EOD Arabic Instructor, technical translator and interpreter. With the Middle East and North Africa continuing to be one of the most landmine/explosive remnants of war contaminated regions of the world Hasan is an enthusiastic advocate of the continuing advancement of the munition clearance profession and greater regional representation in international NGO and commercial HMA organisations.
