Anthony is Managing Director of Train2Protect (T2P) International Ltd which he co-founded in 2003. Previously he served for more than 25 years in the British Army, Royal Engineers. During his military service Anthony was appointed as a member of the Standard Setting Body for Munition Clearance and Search Occupations (MCSO) tasked with developing National Occupational Standards across the full range of Munition Clearance and Search disciplines including EOD & mine clearance. After retirement from the military he was instrumental in the design and development of academic and vocational qualifications succeeding in gaining approval of awarding bodies and making T2P the first civilian training organisation approved to offer vocational qualifications in MCSO; he also served as the lead External Verifier for MCSO with several Awarding Bodies. A DfT Aviation Security trainer, Anthony was involved in establishing a Search and EOD School in the Middle East, provided search training to security managers for the Beijing Olympics and continues to provide training and consultancy across a range of sectors including Government, tourism, financial and commercial institutions.
